State Inquiry Calls and Account Management – Handling communications with state agencies on your behalf.

Tax Calculation Verification and Rate Confirmation – Ensuring sales tax rates are accurate and verifying tax calculations to avoid underpayment or overpayment.

Tax Calendar and Filing Schedule Management – Tracking filing deadlines and payment schedules to ensure your returns are filed accurately and on time.  This includes zero returns.

Sales and Use Tax Product Analysis – Analyzing product offerings to determine accurate sales and use tax requirements.

State Sales and Use Tax Filing – $49 per state, charged monthly

This fee applies monthly per state, even if no return is filed, to cover ongoing tax accounting, record-keeping, and prepayment requirements.

There are no hidden fees — the monthly charge includes all necessary tax accounting and reporting.

State Registration Fee – $100 per state

Charged for each state where Lilium Tax handles your sales and use tax registration.

Covers the full registration process, including document preparation and submission.

Because of the complexities in Tax, we recognize that every client has special requests such as audit representation, tax research, voluntary disclosure agreements, and other tax services.
